We deliver it at the arranged time. You set up the gear in your space, load it back into the trailer when you’re finished, and we collect it.

Our Basic Trailer is $349/night and includes outdoor speakers, a wireless microphone, 40 m of festoon lighting with poles, four trestle tables, 16 chairs and a full yard-games kit (cornhole, giant Jenga, Connect 4, finska, bocce). Add-ons such as marquees ($220), wedding arches ($180) or full setup & pack-down ($295) are optional.
We operate from four depots: Christchurch (serving Canterbury), Queenstown/Wanaka (Southern Lakes), Auckland (North Shore to Pukekohe + Waiheke by ferry) and Wellington (Hutt Valley, Kāpiti, Wairarapa). Delivery within 50 km of each depot is included; beyond that it's $2.50/km each way.
One night. We drop the trailer off the day before your event and collect it the following morning so you've got plenty of setup and recovery time.
Weekends over summer (Nov–Apr) are usually booked out 4–8 months ahead. Shoulder-season weekends go 6–10 weeks out. The live availability calendar above shows exactly what's open — if a date is green, grab it.
Self-setup is included — the trailer rolls up fully loaded with everything labelled and ready. If you'd rather be hands-off, add our Full Setup & Pack-Down service ($295) and we'll build it, test it, and come back the next morning to collect.
A $100 refundable deposit confirms your booking. It's returned after pickup provided the gear comes back in the same condition it went out.
